I had a ball at the 7 Comics 1 Survivor – The Gong Show. The gong format is brutal for new and old comics alike. If enough of the audience don’t like you, they boot you offstage. You only have to survive for three minutes to go into the running to win, but you can steal almost a minute if you strike up a song with the crowd.
